Terms and conditions of sale for vinyls cutting and pressing service:
The present terms and conditions of sale apply to all the sales transactions of vinyls cutting with My-Viny.fr. Templeplate is likely to change the general conditions at anytime. By sending us your purchase order, you agree the terms and condtions of sale, the prices and the quantities. We ship the orders after they are paied.

Prices:
The prices are in euros and include french value-added tax (VAT) at the time of the recording of the purchase order. The freight costs will be paid in addition and indicated before the order is confirmed. The service prices can be modified by Templeplate at any time. Any modification or price change will be announced before any order.

Delays:
As soon as we get your payment all the files, the delays are around 3 to 5 days for 1 copy. For more records, they can be higher.

Garanties :
All the items are guaranteed against any defects. My- Vinyl.fr won't be considered as responsible for any médiocre audio quality due to bad quality files you would give to us. When we have any doubt about the quality of your file, we contact you.

Order process:
After receiving your purchase order, you will be sending the appropriate invoice with shipping costs and the templates for the printing of the labels.
Your songs are archived for 1 year.
Any order implies membership without restriction nor reserve on the present general sale conditions. My- Vinyl.fr reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order of a customer with whom there would be a litigation relating to the payment of a former order.

Method of payment:
-credit card,
-bank transfer,
-Paypal transfer: 5.5% fees.

Personal data control :
Your personal datas won't be yielded or sold to thirds. My- Vinyl declared the personal data control to the CNIL (French National Comission of data processing and Freedoms) under the number 1100911.
Your audio files are archived for 1 year. They won't be yielded or sold to thirds. Their use is reserved to your own orders.

Delivery :
The order will be delivered to the address indicated by you on the purchase order.
The shipping costs below apply to records whose thickness is 1.5 mm.

-Registered shipping (Colissimo). The packages are dealt through by the Post office and its international partners and are given to you obligatorily against signature. You are held to check, in the presence of the postman, deliveryman or appointed, the state of the packing of the goods and its contents with the delivery. If you have a doubt about the state or the contents of the parcel, immediately witness the damage and contact us. The delivery periods may vary according to the destination countries. As an indication, they are 72-96h for the european countries and 5-10 days for the other countries.

-Priority shipping. The packages are usually dealt by your local Post service. They are delivered against signature. You are held to check, in the presence of the postman, deliveryman or appointed, the state of the packing of the goods and its contents with the delivery. If you have a doubt about the state or the contents of the parcel, immediately witness the damage and contact us. The delivery periods may vary according to the destination countries. As an indication, they are 72-96h for the european countries and 5-10 days for the other countries.

-Economy shipping is available for some countries. Their is no insurance and no tracking. The orders are shipped at your own risk. Attention, if the package is lost or damaged, we do not refund or send the items back.
